simul8or is an educational trading simulator. It lets you practice trading with virtual cash against real market data. Everything you see is simulated, including balances, positions, orders, and profit and loss.

No real money and no real securities are involved. MSM Digital, LLC is not a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment advisor. It is not registered with the SEC or FINRA, is not a member of SIPC, and does not hold customer funds or securities. You cannot deposit or withdraw money through simul8or, and simulated balances have no cash value.

• Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed
• The simulator replays 1-second data to reproduce price action closely
• No real financial transactions take place on this platform

Nothing on simul8or is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. This includes AI Chart Analyzer output, leaderboards, the Community feed, trade replays, and other traders' shared trades.

• Day trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone
• Simulated results do not predict real-world returns. Real trading involves commissions, taxes, slippage, liquidity limits, and emotional pressure that a simulator cannot reproduce
• Success in simulation does not guarantee success in real trading
• Decisions you make with real money are your own. Consider consulting a licensed financial professional first

You are responsible for keeping the login you use for simul8or secure, such as your Google or Facebook account, and for any activity under your simul8or account.

• Provide accurate registration details
• Keep to one account per person
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks premium features for as long as simul8or offers them. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the service, not the life of the purchaser. Premium features may change over time.

• Processing: Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. Some purchases are sold through Stripe as merchant of record, in which case Stripe's terms of sale also apply
• No refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for billing errors or duplicate charges, which we will correct. Contact support@simul8or.com if you believe you were charged in error
• Existing subscriptions: Plans purchased on a monthly or annual basis renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future charges, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded
• Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend premium access while the dispute is open
• Price changes: Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect a purchase you have already made

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload (including denial-of-service attacks), reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute market data, or access it through automated means, in breach of these terms or our data providers' terms
• Post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam
• Manipulate leaderboards, challenges, referrals, reactions, or the Community feed, for example with fake trades, exploits, or multiple accounts
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation, including by posing as simul8or
• Choose a username that is offensive, misleading, or contains someone else's name or trademark

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability, and we are not liable for losses that come from relying on it.

Market data is licensed to you only for your personal, non-commercial use within simul8or. Our data providers and their sources keep all rights in it. You may not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish market data, in whole or in part
• Export market data in bulk or in machine-readable form, or build a database, feed, or service from it
• Use market data to train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to derive the underlying data, formats, or systems of the service or its data providers
• Remove or alter any attribution or proprietary notice attached to market data

Any data you export from simul8or in limited form may be used for your personal research only. Our data providers may stop or restrict access to market data at any time. If our license ends, or your access to simul8or ends, you must stop using any market data you obtained through simul8or.

You keep ownership of the content you submit or share on simul8or. That includes display names, shared trades and results, and posts or comments as social features become available. You grant MSM Digital, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content in order to operate the service.

Your trading activity is visible to other users by default. Your username, avatar, simulated trades (including replays of them), achievements, rankings, and the reactions you give are shown to other users in the Community feed, in notifications, on leaderboards, and on trade replay pages. You can stop sharing your trades and achievements at any time with "Share My Trades" in Settings. The license above covers displaying this activity while you share it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

• You may export and share your own trading data, results, and screenshots
• Trading strategies you develop on the platform are yours and are not proprietary to simul8or
• User-generated content may be moderated, including by automated or AI tools
• We may remove content that breaches these terms
• All platform content and code remain the property of MSM Digital, LLC

To use simul8or effectively, you need:

• A modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
• Local Storage enabled in your browser
• An internet connection

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Maintenance windows are scheduled as needed
• We work to resolve outages as quickly as possible
• Live prices and notifications depend on third-party systems and may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them as your only source of information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSM Digital, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions. Where that is the case, they apply to the extent the law permits.

You may stop using simul8or at any time. To have your account deleted, email support@simul8or.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users or the service.

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using simul8or after a change, you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
